Even if you have been hurt deeply... can you let it go and forgive?

What inspires you when things are tough?

This tiny Australian frog is amazing... 
In times of severe drought in the harsh Outback, it changes its body to become 
a sort of watery cocoon, and buries itself in the mud 
to wait for the rains.


It does not worry or fear about what it does *not* have...
It looks to the future for the changes that *will* come.

Can you embrace change without fear?

What did you discover on your journey today?

Did you make a new friend?

Did you stop to smell the flowers in the field?

Did you notice the vivid serenity of nature all around you?

Did you help a stranger who was lost?

In the beginning...

There was nothing but Frogs.
